Our Team

New Woodlands School has a strong team where every staff and pupil member plays a very important part in the life of the whole school.

Our school teaching and learning specialists deliver hands-on, collaborative lessons according to each student's unique style. With direction from our Senior Leadership Team and Governors, guidance from professionals, help from our learning assistants, and support from our administration, parents and wider community, we challenge our students ensuring they receive the same standard of education and care we would expect for our own children.

We have 14 teachers and a number of support staff, one Behaviour Mentors, two Behavioural Assistants and SENCO. We also have several professionals based on site including an Educational Psychologist and a part time Therapists. The school benefits from active and engaged Speech and Language, Occupational Tharapists, Police Officer and CAMHS Worker who are also regularly based on site.

Our staff team is led by a leadership team consisting of:

• Assistant Headteacher
